RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order from venicemart.com and decide to return it, please note that you have the option to return one or more items to our warehouse.
We offer the possibility to return items for a refund within 14 days from the delivery of the product. You may return the product in exchange for a direct refund to your original payment method, equal to the amount of the returned merchandise.
The cost of returning the products will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Customized items made according to customer specifications cannot be returned.
- Perfumes and fragrances cannot be returned, as they are considered hazardous and flammable products.
- Returned items must have their tags attached and intact, and must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must complete the following steps:
1. Send an email to shop@venicemart.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order No. ######" referencing your order number.
2. In the body of the email, indicate which products from your order you wish to return.
3. Print your shipping label that you will receive via email.
4. Ship all items using the provided label.

- After we have received and verified the integrity of the merchandise, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Please remember that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

RIGHT TO CLAIM FOR NON-CONFORMING MERCHANDISE
Complaint
If an item you received is defective, damaged, or does not conform to what you ordered, you may contact us and file a complaint within a maximum of 72 hours from receiving your order. To complete this procedure, it is necessary to send an email to shop@venicemart.com with the following information:
- In the subject line of the email, include your Order number; in the body of the email, include a brief description of the defect or damage identified;
- Attach one or more images to the email to help us identify the problem.
For convenience and to ensure the email can be processed, please avoid using attachments that are too large.
After receiving your information, we will send you instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will verify any non-conformity and, if confirmed, we will refund the costs incurred for the specific non-conforming product within 14 days.
